This local church parking lot was old and damaged. Rain water pooled in the lot, which had caused erosion over time. The approaches to the lot were too narrow, and the edges had broken, creating challenges for parishoners trying to enter the lot for services.

Over a 6 month period, we performed a complete rehabilitation of a dilapidated 10,000 sf metal building onsite including a significant upgrade to electrical services to the property to support a new recycling process and related heavy machinery.
